PERSONAL TRAINING
Personal training is self explanatory...it is PERSONAL. You're experience will be just that. I don't train my client's the way I train myself. Personal training is about you're needs and wants. I am here to address you're needs, this in turn will allow you're wants to be even more successful..
The first consultation is FREE and consists of the following
Information gathering; you're medical and orthopedic history, goals, bodyfat and eating patterns. I will put you through a functional movement assessment and address you're posture.
The functional movement assessment takes you through 7 movements; Squat, Hurdle Step, Lunge, Shoulder, Pushup and Spine Rotation. What I love about this is, it is not me telling you what you can or cannot do...you will know.
In order to know where you are going...you have to know where you have been.
